Ice cream in the mountain city…

Mom and I decided to take a trip to the mountain city of Baguio, the summer capital of the Philippines. We picked a perfect day since it was a scorcher down at sea level.
Featured here is a treat called Halo-Halo. Shaved ice, ice cream, coconut, jelly, sweetened condensed milk, wack ass fruits, and a scoop of flan.
