Um… I’m eating… for metabolic purposes

I’m hungry… and I’ve had coffee, cereal, and a glass of milk at 5:15am. Now I’ve started on my lunch…. (please note the time on my blog entry). I’m claiming this as one of the habbits of the 3 hour diet, or the small meals plan that is being touted now-a-days. Whatever it is… it’s nice to have a snackie at your desk… or during a conference call with your headset on mute.
